Management is quoted as a monthly retainer based on the boat and how much we take on.

Do you work in my yard or marina?
Yes — we work with every yard and marina in Malta and Gozo, including Msida, Ta’ Xbiex, Grand Harbour, Kalkara, Portomaso, Marina di Valletta and Mġarr, and the yards at Manoel Island, Palumbo, MMH and Bezzina.
How is management charged?
A monthly retainer agreed up front for the boat and the scope. Repairs and third-party costs are separate and itemised on one report so you can see exactly where the money went.
Who actually does the work?
Stephen runs the administration and coordinates a network of self-employed technicians for anything hands-on. You deal with one person.
Are you insured?
Yes. We carry public liability insurance for the work we do.
Can you take over a boat I never visit?
That is most of what we do. You get a monthly report, photos of every visit, and a call when a decision is needed.
