1. Tell us
If something is not right, tell Stephen directly: +356 9999 7714, WhatsApp, or [email protected]. Say which boat, which job, and what you expected instead. Photos help.
2. What happens next
- We acknowledge your complaint within two working days.
- We look at the job, the photo record and the invoice, and if needed we visit the boat.
- We reply in writing within ten working days with what we found and what we propose: a fix, a partial credit, or an explanation.
3. If the work is at fault
If the work was not right when we handed it over, we put it right at no cost to you. Where a technician’s work is at fault, we deal with the technician; you deal only with us. We do not offer a guarantee period on labour after handover (see our terms of service); your statutory rights are not affected.
4. If you are still not satisfied
- You can ask for the matter to be reviewed again with any new information.
- Consumers in Malta can contact the Malta Competition and Consumer Affairs Authority (MCCAA) or use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform. [Confirm the right bodies with your lawyer.]
- For privacy complaints, see our privacy policy.
5. Record
We keep a record of every complaint and its outcome for five years so we can see patterns and fix them.
Under legal review
- This wording is being reviewed by a Maltese lawyer. If anything here is unclear, ask us before relying on it.
